Nettles, Rose Mary S. Nettles and John Cornelius Nettles as Trustees of Trust Estate A Non-Exempt Under Will of James D. Nettles, and Rose Mary S. Nettles as Trustee of James D. Nettles Family Trust dated August 13, 1981. Pine Belt Cellular is affiliated with Pine Belt Telephone Company, Inc., a rural incumbent local exchange carrier, that is also a wholly owned subsidiary of Pine Belt Communications. Pine Belt Cellular is also affiliated with Pine Belt Broadcasting L.L.C., a competitive local exchange carrier, of which Pine Belt Communications holds a 95％ membership interest.
