Therefore, VSP cannot implement STIR and SHAKEN since it relies on its UNP to sign each call (See 64.6301 (A)(1) and (2)). As a result, VSP is submitting its Robocall Mitigation Plan attachere hereto setting forth how it will address those issues identified by its UNP.","investigate_descript":""}
