We are working with carriers only registered in RMD and have PSTN replacement licenses.\n\nAlso, here are some additional facts from our company;\n\nTechnical Limitations:\nOur company operates within a technical environment or infrastructure that currently does not support the implementation of STIR\/SHAKEN protocols. Despite our best efforts to upgrade our systems, the complexity and cost associated with implementing STIR\/SHAKEN technology within our existing framework are prohibitive.\n\nSmall Scale Operations:\nAs a smaller CCaaS provider, we have a limited scale of operations compared to larger telecommunications carriers. While STIR\/SHAKEN implementation may be feasible for larger enterprises with greater resources, the investment required for our company to comply would be disproportionate to the scale of our operations.\n\nNon-VoIP Services:\nOur services primarily involve non-VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) communication channels and not in US, which fall outside the scope of the FCC's STIR\/SHAKEN requirements. Given the nature of our business and the communication technologies we utilize, the application of STIR\/SHAKEN protocols does not align with the services we provide.\n\nOngoing Mitigation Efforts:\nDespite the exemption from STIR\/SHAKEN implementation, we remain committed to mitigating robocalls and illegal spoofing activities.
