Any oneCentral customer is prohibited from abusive, fraudulent, or illegal use of any of its services. Should a customer its service for abusive, fraudulent, or illegal purposes, oneCentral is allowed it to suspend or terminate service to that customer. \n\nMitigation strategy \no Every end-user subscriber is limited to pre-authorized CallerID numbers which are uniquely allocated on a per customer basis. \no All calls are being screened for CallerID authorization. In case of a call with non-authorized CallerID numbers are either rejected or reset to the pre-allocated CallerID number. \no Calls with third-party CallerID numbers are only allowed in A2C scenario (call forwarding and transfers). In order to enable usage of a third-party CallerID for those scenarios our systems require an active INCOMING call from the third-party number which is attempted to be used as a CallerID to a LOCAL number allocated to the subscriber which is attempting to use set third-party CallerID. \no Each subscriber is subject to concurrent channel limitations (applicable for total, incoming and outgoing channels) which limits the capability to send high number of concurrent calls. \no Generating high amount traffic (which is considered abnormal for the subscriber) will trigger internal automated blocking of the set subscriber. \no Automated systems monitor the ASR (Answer-Seizure Ratio) per upstream carrier and per country and region. This will trigger notifications which are alerting our VOC staff for any abnormal traffic. Robocalls are usually having low ASR, thus these systems are enabling us to detect customers which are generating such traffic. This system is also available and can be enabled on a per customer\/subscriber level in case of suspicious traffic. \no Every subscriber is limited by their daily\/weekly\/monthly credit. Each outbound call generated through our systems is automatically reserving portion of that credit based on the destination price and maximum call duration (where the maximum call duration is calculated based on the customer's credit) \no OneCentral systems are screening all calls based on source (CallerID) and destination numbers in our built-in block list. If a call is detected with number in set block list the call is automatically rejected. \n\nResponding to Traceback Requests oneCentral is committed to responding fully and in a timely manner to all traceback requests from the Commission, law enforcement, and the industry traceback consortium and to cooperating with such entities in investigating and stopping any illegal robocallers that use its service to originate calls. oneCentral's employees have been briefed on the traceback and obligations. oneCentral maintains current and correct information about its customers so that it can provide accurate responses to traceback requests.","investigate_descript":""}
